In this hands-on workshop, local filmmaker Frank G. Caruso will cover:

  • Basic techniques and equipment
  • Devices and apps
  • Storyboarding & storytelling
  • Set creation

Bring your own device if you want to easily save your work. Otherwise there will be iPads available to use during the workshop.

A Multidisciplinary Exploration of the Impacts of Incarceration on Individuals, Families, and Communities will feature a panel format of graduate scholars and Center Staff from the UW-Madison School of Human Ecology to discuss the impact of incarceration, and the historic phenomenon of mass incarceration, on individuals, families, and communities.
